Replacing damaged flooring
A broken clean water feed line to a toilet in an upstairs master bathroom/bedroom suite ran for three days until it was discovered and stopped. 22,000 gallons of water flowed throw the house causing ceilings to collapse and water to flow down walls in the first floor living space. The carpet in the upstairs bedroom was soaking wet and was ruined by furniture dye stains from the furniture. The furniture was able to be dried and salvaged. The walls were drying. The ceilings were replaced. The carpeting was removed and replaced with new material after the structure was completely dried. For full restoration services contact SERVPRO at 510-352-2480.
